What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an extra layer of integrated foam padding for immediate cushioning while maintaining the same ergonomic support.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Returns are free when using our prepaid shipping label provided in the returns portal.
How should I care for my cork and leather BIRKENSTOCK sandals?
To maintain the longevity of your sandals, avoid extreme heat and moisture. We recommend applying a cork sealer when the cork looks dull and using a leather conditioner or suede brush depending on the upper material.
