Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK products in their original branded shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
